WELCOME TO U11 GOLD TEAM
Our U11 Gold team plays in Tier 2 and plays with a hard ball in a pairs match format.
They start on a score of 200 and bowl 2 overs each and bat together in pairs for 4 overs.. If they are out, then they lose 5 runs. This is the same game format they are used to from U9s so the biggest changes is the length of the wicket increases and they now play with a hard cricket ball so have to learn to pad up and run wearing the protective gear! This is an open team and some of our U11/U13 girls may be included.
The U11 Golds play in the U11 Tier 2 Central East League of the Serious Cricket Hampshire Junior Championship
